Allegation of forged NYSC certificate against Tunji-Ojo is unfounded – Force HQ

When contacted on the development, Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Benjamin Hundeyin, said the allegations have been investigated and found to be unfounded.

His words, “After an exhaustive investigation into the allegations, it has been established that there is no evidence whatsoever of forgery, altercation, falsification or unlawful production of the minister’s NYSC certificate”

“The NYSC was contacted and it was verified that the certificate was duly issued by the corps to the minister. The allegations are therefore unfounded.”

Recall that following similar allegation of forgery against the minister, the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) in January this year, authenticated the WASSCE result of Tunji-Ojo.

The attestation certificate released by WAEC bears the minister’s full name, date of birth, embossed photograph, original certificate number and official authentication markings.

The WAEC document, titled Attestation of Results, states, “Tunji-Ojo attended the Staff Secondary School at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and sat for the Senior Secondary School Examination in June 1999
