Senator Nkechi Nwaogu PhD CON, a prominent lawmaker and Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, has extended her heartfelt felicitations to H. E Gov. Alex Otti, the Executive Governor of Abia State, on his 61st birthday.
As stated in the warm birthday message, Sen. Nwaogu depicted Gov. Otti as an accomplished banker who is navigating the affairs of the State to the best of his ability , while she further prayed for the success of his administration.
