Former actress Georgina Onuoha has publicly criticized Ned Nwoko over his continued attacks on his estranged wife, Regina Daniels.

The controversy reignited after Ned Nwoko released statements claiming Regina tested positive for drugs in Nigeria, despite a UK drug test confirming she was negative. He also shared WhatsApp messages in which he accused Regina of inappropriate behaviour and substance abuse.
Reacting, Onuoha described Ned’s actions as “deeply disturbing” and unbecoming of a politician. She further asserted that he needs psychological rehabilitation, not Regina, and condemned his ongoing attempts to tarnish her image.
“His persistent online attacks and campaign against his estranged wife and a young woman he began dating at 17 reflects the behaviour of a malignant narcissist—a person who seeks total control over another human being: their life, their choices, even their sense of self,” Onuoha wrote.
She emphasized that Regina Daniels, now 24, has the right to leave a toxic relationship without facing intimidation, defamation, or manipulation. Onuoha also warned that false labeling and public smears could have dangerous consequences.
“A man nearing 70 publicly battling a young woman who voluntarily submitted to independent drug testing abroad is alarming. Freedom means the right to leave. Respect her choice. Accountability must fall where it belongs,” she added.
Onuoha concluded by urging Ned Nwoko to cease his campaign of harassment and respect Regina’s autonomy.
