The Governing Council Chairman of Ogbonnaya Onu Polytechnic, Aba, Hon. Stanley Egege, is set to officially hand over a newly completed parsonage to St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Itungwa, on Sunday, July 12, 2026.
The project fulfills a pledge he made during the burial of his late father, Mr. Nathaniel Egege, on January 17, 2025, to build a befitting residence for the church’s clergy. With the completion of the project, Hon. Egege has demonstrated his commitment to keeping his word and supporting the growth of the Church.
The handover ceremony will also coincide with the memorial anniversary of his late parents, Mr. Nathaniel and Mrs. Victoria Egege, whose lives were marked by faith, humility, and service to God and humanity.
Widely regarded as a devoted Christian and philanthropist, Hon. Egege has continued to contribute to the advancement of God’s work through impactful interventions and community development initiatives. The donation of the duplex parsonage further reflects his enduring commitment to Christian service and the welfare of his community.
