The Confederation of African Football has unveiled the official Team of the Tournament for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, following Senegal’s 1–0 extra-time win over hosts Morocco in the final.

Senegal and Morocco lead the Best XI, with Nigeria also featuring three players after finishing third. The selection reflects consistency and standout performances across all matches.
The Best XI includes goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, defenders Achraf Hakimi, Calvin Bassey, Moussa Niakhaté, Noussair Mazraoui, midfielders Idrissa Gueye, Pape Gueye, Ademola Lookman, and forwards Sadio Mané, Victor Osimhen, and Brahim Díaz.
Senegal’s Sadio Mané was named Player of the Tournament, while Nigeria’s Bassey, Lookman, and Osimhen impressed throughout, highlighting the strong showing of the Super Eagles at AFCON 2025.
