In line with the transformative agenda of His Excellency, Dr. Alex Otti, Chinedu Onyeizu yesterday paid a strategic courtesy visit to Hon. Anyanwu Obialor, the Executive Mayor of Aba South LGA, to strengthen collaboration on key development efforts across Aba and the wider Abia South region.
From the onset, the engagement emphasized that ongoing interventions in infrastructure, healthcare, and economic revitalization are driven by Governor Otti’s clear vision to rebuild Aba and restore its pride of place as Nigeria’s foremost commercial and industrial hub.
A major highlight of the discussion was the remodelling of the Ekeoha Shopping Centre, a flagship initiative of the Otti administration aimed at modernizing Aba’s trading ecosystem. The project, being handled by Engineer Chinedu Onyeizu, is set to transform the business environment, improve organization, and boost economic activities across the city.
Expanding beyond Aba South, both leaders discussed broader issues affecting Aba as a whole, given its strategic importance within Abia South. Key areas included the strengthening of health facilities to ensure accessible and quality healthcare, the creation of employment opportunities for youths, and the continuous support for market traders who remain central to Aba’s economic identity.
In a moment of mutual respect and alignment, Chinedu Onyeizu expressed deep appreciation to Hon. Anyanwu Obialor for his commitment to aligning with the vision of Governor Otti and for his proactive leadership at the grassroots level.
