There was widespread jubilation across Ukwa following the appointment of Pastor Honourable Promise Chijioke Onwukwe as the Acting Clerk of the Abia State House of Assembly.
The appointment has been described as a well-deserved recognition of Pastor Promise’s dedication, competence, and commitment to public service. Members of the community expressed gratitude to God Almighty for His grace and favour upon the newly appointed Acting Clerk.
Appreciation was also extended to the Executive Governor of Abia State, Alex Chioma Otti for the confidence, opportunity, and trust bestowed on Pastor Promise to serve in the important legislative position.
