The All Progressives Congress has released a revised timetable and schedule of activities for the 2027 general elections, adjusting key dates for screening and party primaries.
The notice was issued this Monday from the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja to ensure internal processes align with the Electoral Act and INEC guidelines.
According to the schedule, the sale of Expression of Interest and Nomination forms will run from April 25 to May 2, while primary elections are slated to take place between May 15 and May 23.
The party also announced that presidential forms will cost ₦100 million total, while governorship, senatorial, and other legislative positions have set fees ranging from ₦6 million to ₦50 million.
In a move to encourage inclusivity, the APC directed that female, youth, and physically challenged aspirants are to pay the full Expression of Interest fee but only 50 percent of the nomination fees.
