Speaking at the Women’s Hall Umuomainta Nsulu, Sir Nwogu formally notified the party leaders and stakeholders of his aspiration to represent Isiala Ngwa North and South in the House of Representatives.
Based on his impressive track record, he asserts that he possesses the highest level of qualification for the position.
