Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing Sunday, has said she will return to making movies after making her celebrity boxing debut against reality TV star Phyna.
Blessing lost the bout by knockout but described her first experience in the ring as a courageous feat, saying she had only trained for two days before the fight.

“Now let’s go back to making movies cus I no be boxer.”
Despite the defeat, Blessing said she would be willing to take part in another boxing bout.
“Will I do this again? OH YES,” she wrote in a separate post, while reflecting on the experience of stepping into the ring for the first time.
The actress said she had never raised her hands to fight anyone before the bout but stood on an unfamiliar stage with courage and “fought like a warrior.”
Blessing also dedicated the experience to her late mother, Gloria Obasi Sunday, saying she wanted her mother to be present and had requested her favourite song to be played before she entered the ring.
“Mummy were you watching? Did you also hear when they played your favorite song? I wanted you around that was why I asked for that song,” she wrote.
She thanked Balmoral Promotions and Bet9ja for the opportunity, describing the experience as one she would not forget.
