Call it a proactive step to fulfill his promise to deliver key roads in Abia State, the Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu, PhD is set to commission a new road project embarked by his administration.
The Obikabia-Umuene junction (10km) rural road project cutting across Obingwa/Isiala Ngwa South LGAs is done, dusted and ready for Commissioning by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu according to the information available to us.
Obikabia-Umuene junction (10km) rural road project is a strategic road, linking three LGAs and now that the road is done, people that live around the core Ngwa communities have another pothole free access road to Aba, without using the Enugu – PH Express way.
It will also enhance the movement of Agricultural produce by rural farmers.
