The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate for the Isiala Ngwa North/Isiala Ngwa South Federal Constituency, Chief Chikezie Joseph Ugorji, has warmly felicitated with the good people of Isiala Ngwa as they step into the month of July, describing them as a resilient, industrious, peaceful and forward-looking people whose contributions to the development of Abia State and Nigeria remain invaluable.
